“Dear Jordan, Chris and Daria !

Its been a week since the closing sale of our home in Mississauga and reflecting back with my cold glass of beer … OH BOY WHAT A JOURNEY !

Words can’t describe how thankful we have been looking back at this lengthy process from the early beginnings ( to the bumpy months we had near the end but in the end with some unseen circumstances ) BUT …. we reached our goal in completing the the sale of our late father’s household!

From the first time we met Jordan, he was a resource of knowledge . Not pushy or sounding sales-y at all and was looking out for our best interests . Most importantly , He was always on point when it came to responding back to his calls /texts . He was ALWAYS providing us options which honestly made this big change in my life so much easier .The sale of this house meant letting go of the place I’ve lived in for over 30 years and It was really difficult for me in the beginning to adjust but his overall approach , professional demeanour , knowledge and dedication on getting our house the best rate possible on the market … Jordan was the right choice and I can’t imagine any other agents to have onboard tbh ;His team ( CHRIS ) was patient , super informative and was able to find me a place new place and I couldn’t be more happier with the new chapters of my life ! DARIA ( who I didn’t meet in person ) kept communication on point and was on top of things as well ! —

Needless to say we are extremely pleased with the overall outcome that Jordan and the rest of the Team at CORE assets had provided for us — we couldn’t be more grateful !!! I always wished our Dad was around to see everything come to fruition and knowing my dad , I know he would have been also proud of the outcome knowing that his home has been cared for and upgraded to his standards by his two kids who love and miss him very Much …..

it was the summer of 1994 ; my dad gave me the keys to our new house and I biked from our old rental home to the house on Perivale and I was the first one to arrive here . Fast forward 30 years later … On Aug 22, 2024 … I was the last one to close the doors to this chapter of my life and im already looking forward to the new adventures up ahead !
