Born and raised in the west end, Jordan Rasberry’s passion for Toronto life took shape at an early age. After launching his real estate career with one of Canada’s largest firms, Jordan co-founded Core Assets Real Estate (CARE) in 2012. Since then CARE has sold nearly $2 billion dollars in real estate and has grown into an elite, market-leading brokerage of over 30 professionals with, Jordan serving as the brokerage’s operations manager, event planner, and leading mentor and educator.

Just over a decade later, Jordan’s appreciation for sharp design, modern entrepreneurial concepts, and authentic connections would carve out his vision for a new team: Brake Real Estate, a breath of fresh air in Toronto’s conventional real estate landscape. Brake allows Jordan to focus on serving the west end community he loves with the same unconventionally-positive real estate services that built his brokerage. Beyond real estate, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids (Brake Real Estate’s namesake), hosting and entertaining guests at his uniquely-Toronto laneway home, and venturing up north for vacation getaways. He can also be found exploring the west end’s lush parks, enjoying and hosting community events, and shopping at local markets.
